    Meal Prep & Plans FAQ's

     How often are pick up days?

    For Weekly Programs there are days are two pick- up days a week. Sundays and Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm for regular  orders. Any special plans or restriction request have a different set of pick up days.

     What if I miss my pick up day?

    We do hold your bag for  1 business day after that we do dispose of food due to storage purposes. WITHOUT REFUND.

     Am I able to pick up all my meals all at once?

    Yes you are, but please note you are going to lack variety and freshness within the meals. WE ARE BIG on the FRESHNESS and VARIETY of our meals which is why we have it set to two pick up days. However you can pick up all your meals at once. We would just need to be informed three business days prior.

     Do I get to pick my meals?

    We make sure you are eating the meals that are needed to help you achieve your goals. What we do is have you fill out a questionnaire. On that questionnaire we ask you about any Goals, allergies, food restrictions etc. We use all that information to cater the meals towards YOU.

     When are they cooked?

    Meals are prepared fresh on your pick up days

     How long do I warm up my meals for?

    We recommend each meal is warmed up for two- three minutes.

     What if I have allergies?

    If you have allergies, no problem! we ask you all about them on our questionnaire to get to know YOU.

     What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No international cards are accepted.

     How do I make changes to my account?

    Any change to your pick up time or meal plan must be either called into our office at 562-340-5371 or emailed to us at orders@xcellentnutrition.com. All changes to the account require a 48 hours notice prior to scheduled recurring payment.

     I'm Going on vacation, How do i pause my account?

    Any changes to your pick up schedule must be emailed to orders@xcellentnutrition.com with a 48 hour notice prior to the schedule recurring payment.

     What is your cancellation policy?

    To cancel your Xcellent Nutrition membership we would need to be notified 48 HOURS PRIOR to your initial auto renewal day and time by emailing us at cancellations@xcellentnutrition.com. Term Of Service

     What if I still have questions about the cancelation policy? 

    If you have questions about the cancelation policy, call us at 562-340-5371 and one of our customer service representatives will gladly assist you. If we are unable to get to the phone we request for you to leave a voicemail with your full name and call back number to reach you. WE REQUIRE ALL CANCELLATIONS 48 HOURS PRIOR TO INITIAL AUTO RENEWAL DAY/TIME VIA EMAIL STARTING JANUARY 1ST 2019.

     What information needs to be listed on cancelation email?

    The information needed to process your cancelation will be your FULL NAME , PHONE NUMBER, AND THE PLAN YOU ARE REQUESTING TO CANCEL. 

     Do you have a refund policy?

    Xcellent Nutrition does not offer any any refunds. If you wish to cancel cancellations must be submitted via email cancellations@xcellentnutrition.com 48 hours prior to your initial day and time. Term Of Service

     How does billing work?

    Every Xcellent Nutrition Meal plan/programs will be automatically renewed on the day and time you initially purchased your weekly program, unless you have opted out. If you are unsure as to when your package expires you can either call our office at (562) 340-5371 or email your inquiry to orders@xcellentnutrition.com. CANCELLATONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FROM ORDERS EMAIL. 


    Grab ‘N’ Go FAQ's

     How much is Grab N Go?

    Individual Meals are $9.75.

    We do recommend you buying meals in sets of 3 for $25 ( $8.33 per Meal)

     What Kind of Meals are in the Grab N Go?

    We Carry Breakfast, Lunch , and Dinner Meals. They vary from keto, vegan, vegetarian, and our chefs choice. 

      What are the Grab N GO staple meals?

    Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Quesadillas,  Turkey Chili, Turkey Burgers, Chocolate Chip Oatmeal, and Oatmeal Pancakes.

     How Often are the Grab N Go’s Restocked?

    Our Meals are constantly being restocked. 

     How Long do Grab N Go Meals last?

    “Best By” dates are labeled on all GRAB N GO Meals. It is about  5-7 days.

     Can I freeze them?

    Our Meals are freezer friendly.  However when reheating the meals you may have to cook them for about 4-5 minutes in the microwave.

     Can I reserve grab n go items?

    Yes you can call in your order to 562-340-5371  ask what we have in the Grab N go and pay via Phone. We will have your meals ready to pick up in store.

     Do you offer vegetarian meal plans? 

    We do offer vegetarian plans.

     Do you have keto friendly meals plans?

    We currently do not have any Keto Meal Plans, most of our dinners are low carb from the Grab N Go and are keto friendly. For weekly programs we can restrict carbs from your program.

     How many calories do each meal prep contain?

    Our meal preps run through about 450-500 calories each per meal.

     How much protein and carbs do each prep contain

    Our lunch contains 4 oz. of Protein and 4oz. of Vegetable  and 2 oz. of Carbs. Our dinner contains 4 oz of protein and 2 oz. of complex carbs. 

     Do you have a list of calories of all meals?

    We are currently working on a full sheet of our nutritional value per meal. For now Macros on Signature Meals can be found under each Meal description.
