What is the difference between Plus & Standard ?
If you are looking to personalize your meals or for more variety, bundles are a great way to add some variety and excitement to your weekly meal plans. Here are 3 easy Steps to get started!
Step 1: Pick a Plan. ow Carb Bundle or a Lifestyle Bundle. ( Low Carb Bundles Include all Low Carb Meals, Lifestyle is half of your meals With Carbs and Half Low Carb)
Decide if you want Plus or Standard. ( Plus Includes Snacks, Steak Meals , Shrimp Meals , & all Breakfast. Meals| Standard Does not include Steak Meals , Shrimp Meals , Snacks, and Selected Breakfast are part of the Program )
Step 2: Select the. Portion of Protein you'd like 4oz, 6oz , or 8oz. (This can also vary on your gender , weight , movement , goals.. so if you need help please let us know)
Step 3: Decide Whether you'd like Snacks. Please note Plus. Programs automatically come with with Snacks. ** You will not be charged extra for Snacks when you select the plus bundles***
Step 4: Fill out our evaluation form. The form will come up after your transaction. It will ask you about Allergies , Food Restrictions, dietary needs, ect.
Step 5: You will receive an email about your pick up or delivery date
