Mazapan Protein Shake

I can totally relate how drinking protein can be annoying when you hate drinking protein. Especially after starting your fitness journey I hate protein shakes that taste chalky.. I mean..I have yet to meet a person that does I am the type of person to go for a great tasting protein. Flavor over chalky. in my opinion.
so I've been asked to share some more recipes using our Vanilla Protein Powder.
What is a Protein Shake?
Protein shakes is a protein drink usually consumed before or after a workout in order to aid in muscle recovery.
Benefits of protein shakes Protein shakes are great to drink after a workout to help your muscles properly recover. In addition to protein shakes can be used as a meal/snack replacement if they have enough calories ore even a high-protein snack.
Here's what you need:
1 scoop of Xcellent Nutrition Vanilla Protein Shake
1/3 cup of ice
1 cup of water ( you can also use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
Pour all you ingredients in a blender and blend away. I personally like a creamy consistency for my shakes and Ta-Da there she is your Mazapan protein shake without the extra sugar !
